Cancellation Policy

At primefasion, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures a smooth and fair process for all customers.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Please include your order number in the request.

If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated within 1–2 business days to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).

Note: Cancellation requests made on Instagram DMs, Facebook messages, or any channel other than the official support contacts will not be accepted.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you still want to cancel after dispatch, you must accept the delivery and then request a return as per our Refund & Return Policy.

3. COD (Cash on Delivery) Order Cancellations

COD orders may require confirmation via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Unverified COD orders may be automatically cancelled.

Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for your future purchases.

4. Refunds for Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

primefasion reserves the right to cancel any order in the following situations:

• The product is out of stock or discontinued
• The shipping address or contact information is invalid or incomplete
• The order is flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our fraud detection system

In these cases, the customer will be notified and issued a full refund where applicable.
