Orders usually reach customers within 3–5 working days across India.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free shipping across India on all orders.
5. What payment options are available?
You can pay using UPI, cards, net banking, or choose Cash on Delivery.
6. Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective items. You must share an unboxing video for approval.
7. How long do I have to request a return?
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
8. How are refunds issued?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and usually reflect within 8–15 business days after approval.
9. Do you allow exchanges?
Exchanges are allowed only for wrong items. Size-based or preference-based exchanges are not available.
